Follow Widener University Athletics During the 2010-11 Year

Widener's department of athletics welcomes you to the 2010-11 season and invites all to follow the Pride through various ways.

Our web site, WidenerPride.com, offers the most comprehensive views of all the University's 20 teams from the world wide home of the Widener Pride.  The site features links to all of Widener's student-athletes and access to both game recaps and events.  All the team's schedules also are listed on the site with links to opponents sites for road and neutral site contests.

The site also is available on your cell phone by going to WidenerPride.com/mobile.  This site lists all the information necessary to follow your favorite teams in a condensed, mobile friendly format.

Widener's home games offer the excitement of one of the area's top collegiate programs and most of the events have free admission.  Home games are contested at Leslie C. Quick Jr. Stadium (football, men's soccer, women's soccer, track & field, men's lacrosse), Edith R. Dixon Field (field hockey, women's lacrosse), Schwartz Center (men's basketball, women's basketball, volleyball, swimming), our baseball field and our softball field.

Many of Widener's home events and selected road/neutral site games feature live stats.  To see if a specific game is featured, click on that team's schedule and look in the live stats column.  The live stats link for our home games also can be accessed by clicking
here.

Our sports information hotline also is a way to find out scores and quick recaps.  Updated every game day, the hotline can be reached at 610-499-4600, extension 2.  Please note for return users that this is a new extension.

SMS alerts send final scores of all Widener events to your cell phone.  Standard text rates apply.  To sign up, please click

WIdener Updates allows you to have recaps and stories sent to your e-mail.  To sign up, e-mail Sports Information Director Derek Crudele at
