Sophomore Michael Garrity (Briarcliffe, PA) finished 30th for Widener at the DeSales Invitational in Center Valley, PA.

Garrity ran in 28:04.10 and was the ninth highest finisher of any Middle Atlantic Conference school.  Sophomore Dennis Conn (Morton, PA) was 54th in 28:32.33, junior Peter Kada (Philadelphia, PA) closed in 29:26.33 and freshman Shawn Lignore (Jim Thorpe, PA) ran in 32:02.04.

Widener next Saturday competes at the Gettysburg Invitational.
